Our capsules work with any machine that is compatible with Nespresso Original capsules. This does not include Nespresso Vertuo machines.
Give the capsule a quick shake. Place it carefully in the machine, making sure it is in the right position, and firmly push the handle/lever down to ensure the capsule pierces completely. Select the desired drink size, wait for the machine to heat up and press the button. Finally enjoy your delicious organic and healthy hot (or cold) drink!
Shake the capsule vigorously before putting it in the Nespresso coffee machine. It is sometimes possible that the Matcha remains stuck against the walls of the capsule which prevents it from flowing optimally.
Capsules should ideally be stored away from drafts, damp places and heat sources.
